I sit and stare at your photo on the wall
wondering what it would be like if you were still here.
The one cousin who visited me, cared for me and gave me
love.
The sorrow you left us in that night was frightening
We could not bear to watch the news and relive the
sadness.
Your dark brown eyes and smiling face
will always be in our hearts and even though
you're not here our souls will never part.
